Woodward Markwell are a leading provider of Independent Financial Advice to both corporate and personal clients. We are looking for a Compliance and Training Co-ordinator to join our friendly team based in the centre of Ipswich.
Compliance & Training Officer / Co-ordinator
Full duties will be dependent on experience and qualifications, main duties to include (but not limited to):
- Co-ordinating and delivery of compliance inductions, as well as ongoing testing and training of all staff
- Writing and updating of internal compliance policies
- Co-ordinating projects for new regulatory rules
- Carrying out file checks, supervision controls and Key Performance Indicator monitoring
- Maintaining compliance registers and spreadsheets
- Compiling agenda and minutes for compliance and sales meetings
- Assisting with compiling regulatory data requests, returns and notifications
